|WPC Scientific Update: Parkinson Pipeline Umbrella|
WPC delegates asked for more learning opportunities and we are now delivering this opportunity through our WPC Scientific Updates, which are offered in the two years between the triennial Congresses. The update is offered ONLINE only and is FREE. Over the one year anniversary week of the WPC 2013 and the two-year anniversary, we will offer engaging panel talks delivered over three days right to your computer.
Each talk will be one hour long, delivered via live webcast and archived for later use.
Offered live from Tuesday, September 30 - Thursday October 2, 2014
All six talks are now archived for your viewing pleasure.
Talks were be given in a crosstalk format similar to sessions delivered at each World Parkinson Congress. Speakers were charged to give intellectually challenging talks that were accessible to a broad audience.
WHY DO THIS?
Delegates at the WPC 2013 and past Congresses repeatedly asked us to offer more chances to come together and learn and so we are now offering this exciting online program to address the need for more frequent scientific updates. The WPCs are only every three years, but progress in the world of science and Parkinson's is ongoing and sometimes exciting news comes out long before the next WPC will take place. This is our way of helping to give everyone access to the best scientific news between the triennial Congresses.
