About WPC 2026
The 7th World Parkinson Congress, also known as the WPC 2026, is returning to North America after ten years and will take place in Phoenix, Arizona. We invite members of the Parkinson’s community to save the date and to plan to join us at one of the most uplifting fully inclusive international Parkinson’s conferences. The WPC 2026 will open its doors to neuroscientists, clinical researchers, clinicians (MD, RN, NP, PA, SW), rehabilitation specialists (PT, OT, SLP, MT), nutritionists, people with Parkinson’s, care partners and others.
If you are touched by Parkinson’s personally, treating people with Parkinson’s, or working to cure it, the WPC is a meeting to add to your calendar.

WPC 2026 PROGRAM
|
The program at the WPC is currently being designed by our outstanding committee members that have taken on the responsibility of designing the program. While the program will include the things delegates have come to know and love, such as the incredible plenary presentations, exciting parallel talks, intimate roundtables, we have decided to make some changes this time around.
We have removed the workshops (fewer competing sessions!), moved the poster tours to take place over lunch and have added end of day controversy sessions so we can send delegates off each evening with a hot topic on their minds and something they can continue to talk about over dinner that evening. AMBASSADOR APPLICATIONS

Each time we host the World Parkinson Congress, we select a small group of Ambassadors, both Ambassadors living with PD (Parkinson Ambassadors) and Ambassadors who are researchers (Science Ambassadors) to help us raise awareness of the Congress but also to help extend our very small team so we can reach more communities to make sure they have this incredible experience on their radar for 2026.
